Zainers App is designed to allow Zain employees easy access to work related information and self-service, 24/7, on-the-go.

With a dynamic user experience and interface designed specifically for employees in Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Sudan and Group, the App supports and reflects the company’s aspirations and transformation into a digital lifestyle provider for all stakeholders.

Zainers App includes:
• Personal information
• A range of Self-Service requests as available on ERP
• View, manage, and maintain the workflows and approval status of Self-Service requests
• Medical Network (Hospitals, Clinics with contact details and location maps)
• Employee Directory
• Internal Communications and Announcements
• Employee third party offers

General:
• Only English language and support
• Getting started, Zain employees need to download the Zainers App and use their self-service (ERP) credentials to login
• Once logged in, passwords will NOT need to be re-inserted, unless you log-out manually
• Line managers will be able to view and approve workflow requests as available on Self Service
